Harvest Fresh Veggie Tray pasta salad with chicken

    For pasta

    • 8 oz farfalle bowtie pasta
    • 8 slices bacon, cooked, drained and roughly chopped
    • 2 cups grilled chopped boneless skinless chicken breast
    • 1 Harvest Fresh Veggie Tray
    • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

    For Dressing

    • ½ cup buttermilk
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon chives
    • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • salt and pepper to taste
    Combine all dressing ingredients and set aside

    Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse under cold water, transfer to large bowl

    Chop veggies into bite size pieces

    Blanch broccoli and snap peas for 3 minutes, drain and toss in ice water, drain again

    Toss all ingredients in a large bowl except dressing. Add dressing to taste, there may be leftover dressing
