Simple Instructions To Prepare Harvest Fresh Spiral Veggies!

    To prepare your Spirals Veggies: IMPORTANT..take your spirals and place them in a colander and sprinkle them with a bit of salt and then gently toss them to incorporate the spirals with the salt and then let sit for about 5-10 minutes. (This allows the spirals to sweat any excess water from them).
    Then now place them on a paper towel and pat dry.
    In a saute pan at medium-high heat, add your butter or cooking oil and garlic. Saute until you have a wonderful aroma coming from the garlic.
    Put in your spirals and gently toss to incorporate all the garlic and butter/cooking oil. Saute for approximately 4-5 minutes to the desired consistency of al dente.
    Add any additional seasonings or sauces you desire at this time.
    Season with salt and pepper (to taste) and give one last toss.
    Remove from the saute pan and serve immediately.

    Note: You can add some shaved Parmesan Cheese for an additional flavour profile. As well, any of our Spirals are a great replacement for pasta so add any protein (Shrimp, Chicken or even thinly sliced Beef) to make it a full lunch or dinner plate.
