    Harvest Fresh Riced Veggie(s)

    1-2 cloves of garlic

    1 Tbsp olive oil

    Salt and Pepper to season

    Here's a quick way to prepare any of the Harvest Fresh Riced Veggies!  Of course, this is a very general idea and we encourage recipes that build on this, such as stir-frys, teriyaki, stuffings, and even simple side dishes where you can substitute Harvest Fresh Riced Veggies for Rice!
    Heat a pan over medium-high heat, and add olive oil.
    Toss in a smashed clove of garlic and stir for 30 seconds, until fragrant
    add your rice and saute for 3-5 minutes. The longer it cooks, the softer it gets, so those are guidelines. You can cook for longer if you prefer a softer dish!
