Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals with Garlic Butter Shrimp

    Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet on medium-high.
    Add garlic cloves (minced) and cook, stirring frequently for a minute.
    Place the zucchini spirals in a skillet and saute until the texture is just past al dente.
    Season with salt & pepper, to taste.
    Place the cooked zucchini spirals to the side & keep warm.
    Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in skillet. Add the 2 remaining garlic cloves (minced) & shallot. Stir frequently, approximately 2 minutes.
    Add shrimp and salt & pepper to taste.
    Saute until the shrimps are cooked thoroughly (a nice orange colour), approximately 4 minutes.
    Now add in the lemon zest and parsley.
    Simply prepare & serve with zucchini spirals.
