    • 1 of 284 g bag of Harvest Fresh Spinach
    • ½ cup golden raisins
    •  ½ red onion sliced thin
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    Heat olive oil in non stick pan

    Sauté red onion until soft. Add raisins and cook for 3 – 5 min

    Add Harvest Fresh spinach and cook until wilted

    Season with salt and pepper
