Harvest Fresh Poblano Pepper and Roasted Kale Pizza

    Preheat oven to broil Place Harvest Fresh Poblano Peppers on a baking sheet in top third of oven, broil each side of peppers approx 4 minutes until starting to blister. Once all sides are blistered, remove, set aside, cool. Once cooled, cut and remove seeds and stem and slice into thick pieces Place green onions on a baking sheet and broil approx 5 – 6 minutes, flipping once, remove Place Harvest Fresh Chopped Kale in a roasting pan or baking sheet and drizzle with 1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil and bake in a 350-degree oven for approx 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove Stretch pizza dough into an 18'' x12" oval on a large rimmed baking sheet; season with salt and pepper, brush with some extra olive oil lightly. Dollop some pesto and spread lightly over all pizza dough Scatter peppers evenly over pizza, followed by roasted kale, green onions, goat cheese and sprinkled Parmesan. Bake in 425° oven on bottom rack for 18-22 minutes. Remove let cool for 5 minutes, Enjoy!
