    Heat large skillet on medium to high, add olive oil & garlic.
    Add cauliflower rice, salt & seasoning, stir every few minutes until cauliflower is cooked golden brown, approx. 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from skillet, add parsley & lemon juice.
    Season with salt & pepper.
