Creamed Harvest Fresh Spinach Baked Potatoes

Cooking Time 45 minutes

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees

    Bake potatoes in oven until tender, approx 45 minutes

    While potatoes are baking prepare creamed spinach.

    In a bowl mix together cream, water, soy sauce and miso.

    Seed and finely chop Harvest Fresh Red Thai Chili, add to cream mixture

    Heat a sauté pan on medium heat, add cream mixture and bring to a simmer, simmer/reduce for about 5 minutes, then add parmesan, combine

    Once parmesan is melted add bag of Harvest Fresh Spinach in handfuls until all Spinach is wilted, combine and turn off heat

    Once potatoes are done, split open and spoon creamed Spinach sauce over potatoes.

    Enjoy with choice of grilled chicken or steak and caramelized Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions.
