Harvest Fresh 5 Spice Beet Spirals with Pine Nuts, Ricotta Cheese and Thyme

    Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Bring chicken broth and five-spice powder to a simmer, add beet spirals, toss to coat.
    Cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, or until beets are tender, but still slightly firm.
    Transfer from skillet, and divide between serving plates.
    Top with Ricotta cheese, pine nuts and fresh herbs. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
