Ingredients

  1. 3/4 Bag of Harvest Fresh Chopped Kale
  2. 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  3. 1 medium frozen banana
  4. 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  5. 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  6. 1 tbsp.ground flaxseed
  7. 1 tsp maple syrup
  8. 2 cups soy milk

What You Need

Directions

  1. Blend/Grind the flaxseed into course, flour-like granules.
  2. Blend Harvest Fresh Chopped kale with 1 cup of soymilk and 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
  3. Add pineapple, banana, peanut butter, flaxseed, maple syrup, and 1 cup of soymilk into the blender.
  4. Blend everything for a minute, or until the texture becomes smooth.
  5. Add water for consistency.
  6. Serve immediately.
